1 stars (Money Back Guarantee? Only if you call your CC Company) - Being a storm spotter, I purchased this subscription software to warn me of approaching storms or potential threats. The software boasts of viewing 6 weather sites at once. It also says in the description "Severe weather alerts". Well, you will get Severe Weather Alerts for ONLY ONE site... not all six.

Only 90 minutes after installing and paying for the subscription, I uninstalled the software and then contacted

Weatherbug support (via email only) telling them I wish to receive a refund. My email was answered by an automated email, with a 'Case Number'. I waited 29 days for a response. On the 29th day, I contacted my Credit Card company and disputed the charge. That was how I received my refund. If the company had honored thier 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Policy, AND the software description was not misleading, I probably would have had a 5-star experience.


5 stars (Love it) - I realy enjoy WeatherBug, because everything is local. I live in Baltimore and my favorite local TV station is ABC2, which has the best weather report in my mind. I saw WeatherBug and ABC2 use the same weather stations and share radar and forecast. I don't know what relationship they have, but they certainly help me to prepare for the day...
